ABOUT KLEEN ORE
Kleen Ore is an oleophobic and highly porous technology, it has many Nano-Sized pores that remain water-wet in an oil in water environment that allows the creation of a water shield that prevents the adhesion of oil. The oils coalesce and become trapped along with the solids in between the grains. When the flow path between the grains is restricted, Delta P increases, prompting a backwash, then a new filter cycle can begin.
Kleen Flux is a unique single layer membrane construction providing durability and excellent oil water separation. It separates virtually all undissolved constituents.
Kleen CM is an automated system that utilizes a re-Generable Media for oil coalesce and solids removal. During removal stage, the polymeric fiber ball media is in a compressed state; different compressions allow for pinpoint micron size contaminates. The contaminates are removed by flowing contaminated water through the media; the polymer attracts the oil and promotes coalescing while the solids are removed through barrier filtration. Once the oil droplets have increased in size, the velocities of the fluid flowing through the media will push the large oil droplets through and out of the media where it will float to the top of the vessel and will be removed. The media is decompressed and agitated during the cleaning cycle where it is regenerated and ready for reuse.
Kleen Coalesce is a produced water polishing technology capable of removing oil droplets down to 5 microns. Automated oil recover system minimizing water in oil returns and high flux rates maximizing flow in a small footprint with small light weight elements for easy installation.
